Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager (PMO) to lead high-impact projects that drive strategic growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to plan, execute, and oversee projects critical to the business’s success. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, think strategically, and deliver results will make you an integral part of our journey to innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Track progress, manage risks, and deliver status updates to leadership, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Problem Solving:
  • Identify challenges and proactively implement solutions to drive project success and improve efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze project data to measure success, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to optimize project outcomes and support business growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or a Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
• Solid 6-10 years working experience in managing challenging and complex projects. Experiences in business consultancy is a plus point.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and cross-departmental processes.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive collaboration.
• Former education from reputable schools and consulting firm background will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, business strategy, or startups.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
