Job Summary

As a Content Creator (Social Media), you will be responsible for developing creative and compelling content for iMotorbike’s social media platforms. Your role will focus on storytelling, community engagement, and driving brand awareness through innovative content strategies. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with strong social media expertise, excellent content creation skills, and a deep understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-quality visual and written content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and posts.
• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media campaigns.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that align with the brand’s voice and tone.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, visually appealing, and optimized for each platform.

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Manage and schedule content across social media channels to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong online community.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to leverage new opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to expand reach.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track social media performance metrics and analyze engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
• Provide reports on content effectiveness and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Collaboration & Brand Building

• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand goals.
• Assist in campaign planning and brainstorming creative concepts for promotions.
• Contribute to brand storytelling through blog posts, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or related roles.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Love and comfortable being in front of the camera. Experience in video editing
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends in social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, or similar software.
• Experience in video editing and photography is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills with a creative and engaging storytelling ability.
• Passion for motorcycles or experience in the automotive industry is a bonus.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
