iMotorbike is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive with 2-3 years of experience to support our growing team. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate is passionate about people management and process improvement to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues professionally.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, updating them as needed.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and career development initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
