Job Summary

iMotorbike is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Admin to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing of loan applications, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review loan applications to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with customers, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursements.
• Verify customer details, financial information, and eligibility criteria according to company and lender policies.
• Maintain and update loan records in the system while ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in resolving any loan processing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with financial institutions to track application statuses and ensure smooth processing.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to loan applications and approvals.
• Support the finance and sales teams in handling loan-related queries and providing administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in loan processing, finance, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and loan management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
