Job Summary

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with iMotorbike’s business objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
    • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth.
    • Define and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Optimize user acquisition strategies through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
    • Oversee website traffic, analytics, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Campaign Management & Public Relations
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Develop partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
    • Oversee public relations efforts and reputation management.
  • Customer Engagement & Community Building
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
    • Engage with the motorcycle community through events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
    • Utilize CRM and data analytics to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership & Budget Management
    • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
    • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry is a plus.
