Job Summary
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. You will lead a dynamic team, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and ensure alignment with iMotorbike’s business objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in digital marketing, brand management, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market growth.
- Define and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels.
- Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Optimize user acquisition strategies through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
- Oversee website traffic, analytics, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Campaign Management & Public Relations
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
- Oversee public relations efforts and reputation management.
- Customer Engagement & Community Building
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Engage with the motorcycle community through events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing.
- Utilize CRM and data analytics to personalize marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership & Budget Management
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry is a plus.
