Job Summary

iMotorbike is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Controller to manage and oversee the inventory of motorcycle parts, ensuring efficiency in stock control, procurement, and distribution. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, coordinate with suppliers, and support the operations team to optimize inventory levels while ensuring timely availability of parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Customer Experience: Work closely with the customer service team to enhance the overall user experience and resolve operational challenges.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Data & Performance Monitoring: Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive informed decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or e-commerce industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using operational software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
