Job Summary

iMotorbike is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Lead to manage and optimize our procurement process for motorcycles and related products. This role involves overseeing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a deep understanding of market trends in the motorcycle industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure efficient procurement of motorcycles and spare parts.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to meet business demands.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and potential new suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align purchasing with business goals.
• Track key purchasing metrics and generate reports for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
