Job Summary

As Sales Manager for iMotorbike in Taiwan, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with dealerships and sellers, and launching our platform in the local market. You will lead sales strategies, identify opportunities, and work closely with our regional leadership team to scale operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for iMotorbike in Taiwan.
• Build, manage, and grow relationships with motorcycle dealers, private sellers, and service partners.
• Identify, approach, and onboard strategic partners and key accounts.
• Lead and grow a local sales team as the business scales.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to ensure high competitiveness and user satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and tech teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or tech-enabled marketplace sectors.
• Strong network within the motorcycle industry in Taiwan is a big plus.
• Proven track record of B2B sales and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Mandarin and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
