Job Summary

iMotorbike, a leading online platform for buying and selling motorcycles, is seeking a Warranty Claim & After-Sales Specialist to ensure excellent post-purchase customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for handling warranty claims, managing after-sales services, and coordinating with customers and service providers to ensure seamless resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of motorcycles, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Claims Management:

  • Process and review warranty claims submitted by customer. 
  • Verify claim eligibility by assessing product defects and warranty terms.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and service centers for claim approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty cases and resolutions.

After-Sales Support:

  • Provide excellent post-sales service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting product issues and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure timely repair, replacement, or compensation for defective products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve after-sales service processes.

Customer Relations & Satisfaction:

  • Communicate with customers professionally to ensure a positive service experience.
  • Follow up on warranty claims and repairs to keep customers informed.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and product reliability.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain a detailed database of warranty claims and service reports.
  • Prepare reports on recurring issues to support product quality improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and warranty guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in warranty claims, after-sales support, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of motorcycles, parts, and warranty processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
